In 1998, Micha\u00ebl Lavoie, the company’s founder and co-owner, was working for a conveyor belt splicing company. He was often asked if he could make rubber blocks. <\/span><\/p>\n

During a visit to the Quebec Industrial Show, Micha\u00ebl saw a company that could meet this need. The adventure began. Micha\u00ebl took his first steps in a 4\u00bd” machine with 2 resin boilers and a drill press. <\/span><\/p>\n
